M2 Technologies provides flexible support options for your IT network and software
Whether you need basic support on an as needed basis or a more proactive monitoring service, we can help!

Support is provided Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm.  If extended hour, weekend, or holiday work is required, we will be glad to arrange this type of availability. 

The time can be used for on-site services, questions, assistance in locating problems, correcting user’s mistakes, etc. Our assistance will be provided on-site or by phone as required. Custom modifications will be handled on a case by case basis and may require additional billing.
